Dear members,
It is a great honor to serve as President of the Korean Audiological Society, which has led the advancement of hearing health since its founding in 1966. I am deeply grateful for the dedication and trust of our members, and the leadership of those who have come before me.

Building on our proud tradition, the new executive board is committed to creating new momentum for the future. We will advocate for stronger national policies on early hearing loss detection and rehabilitation, and work toward a comprehensive hearing care system across all stages of life.

We will also strengthen our society's research capacity and support the advancement of our official journal, Journal of Audiology & Otology, toward SCI inclusion. To this end, we are actively pursuing collaboration with the Korean Otological Society and enhancing the journal's global presence.

Fostering the next generation of audiology professionals is another priority. Through more practical and accessible training programs, we aim to support the growth of students and trainees as future leaders.

Improving access to hearing care in underserved areas and promoting balanced regional services remains a key mission. We also look forward to deepening international engagement and preparing for the successful hosting of the 37th World Congress of Audiology in Seoul.

With your continued support, we will move forward together to enhance both our society and the hearing health of our nation.
